Detoxing with Y-Age Patches

I thought it was worth sharing that I've just finished my first week on the Y-Age patches.

On day 1 in the morning I wore a Glutathione patch about 2 inches below my belly button (the recommended place).

As glutathione is a major antioxidant I wanted to captialise on it and make sure I was eating and drinking properly so for breakfast I had a glass of freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit and a small bowl of muesli. I also drank about a pint of water.

I cant say that I noticed any effects on day 1 which I could directly attribute to the glutathione but I was passing water a lot (however I was drinking a lot throughout the day). One particular thing was that although its hot here at the moment and everyone is sweating I did notice that when any sweat dripped into my eyes it really stung much more than normal and I had to immediately wash my eyes. I'm guessing this is due to the toxins being released from the body due to the glutathione increasing in my body but thats only a guess.

On day 2 in the morning I wore a Carnosine patch on my chest in the centre of the breast bone ( again the recommended place).

Cant say that I noticed anything... not that you are supposed to but the process with the patches was repeated for the rest of the week alternating from glutathione to carnosine.

We are now on Saturday afternoon and after spending about 3 hours at the beach and swimming I can actually say that I'm feeling more energetic. On Friday for no reason I found myself running up the stairs in the house instead of my usual trudge. It was only when I got to the top I thought... oh, wow, where did that come from? Now let me say that I used to be very athletic, running and swimming every week but definitely over the past year I have had all sorts of problems with sore joints, bad stomach, aches and pains etc that I haven't done any exercising or had any inclination.

Additionally at the beach today I suddenly had the urge to do some stretching exercises followed by a pretty vigorous swim.

All in all after the 1st week on the Y-Age patches I'm feeling pretty enthusiastic.

Just going to prepare for a jog on my running machine!
